This flexible, workplace-focused degree builds on the CertHE Skills for the Workplace and allows direct entry into Level 5. Delivered in convenient community settings, it blends management theory with real workplace experience. Modules are studied consecutively with face-to-face support. Learners apply theory through projects based on their own roles, keeping studies employer-relevant. The course can be studied on weekdays or weekends and offers a clear progression route to MBA pathways within the university’s postgraduate portfolio.
