  • Digital Estimating and Measurement in Construction (10 credits; compulsory)

  • Integrating Project (20 credits; compulsory)

  • Project Management for Construction (10 credits; compulsory)

  • Skills Development in the Workplace (30 credits; compulsory)

  • Technical Skills Development (20 credits; compulsory).

What You'll Go On To Do

Employability skills are embedded within each of the modules of the programs. Communication, work-place etiquette, creative problem solving, team working and practical skills are developed further throughout the program. 

After successful completion of the Certificate of Higher Education Programs, students may choose to stay at the University and progress onto various BEng, BSc, HND or HNC programs.
