With its flexible design, the programme prepares graduates for careers in various sectors, including non-profit, public, and private industries. It’s tailored to meet industry needs, embedding key employability skills for future success. The learner-centred approach ensures a mix of theory and practice, helping students develop transferable skills and improve their academic, professional, and digital capabilities. Upon completion, students can progress to the BA in Developing Leadership and Management after a successful interview.

What You'll Go On To Do

In order to demonstrate the range of occupations and career paths available to the students, both the CertHE and BA programs include regular guest speakers, mentorship opportunities, and links with a variety of organizations in the public and commercial sectors.

Students can talk to and learn from successful entrepreneurs by attending and participating in the "Global Entrepreneurship Week Events" and the "Summer Start Up Festival," as well as by connecting with Big Ideas Wales Role Model sessions.
